This film contains two clip(s)

  1. The first clip is titled Power Plant. It appears to be located in Eastern Oregon possibly John Day area. Helicopter records video of approach of plant. Then there is inside views of plant.
  2. The second clip takes place in the Eagle Cap Wilderness located in the Wallowa Mountains of Northeastern Oregon within the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest established in 1940. In the early 70's 73,000 acres were added resulting in it's current size  of (361,446 acres) or 565 square miles. (Nearest city Enterprise, Oregon)
