2. The second clip shows an empty lot and a couple guys. The man in the white shirt is state senator Lynn Newbry. They are breaking ground in what appears to be a new project.
3. This clip starts out very dark with a man sweeping or raking. It then shows mill equipment and a man in a fire hat and a hose.
