These 1934 issues of the Mail Tribune explain the beginning of Rogue Valley Cheese production. The plant had 2 1100 vats, purchased at least 890,000 pounds of surplus milk, and produces 90,000 pounds of cheese. They promised that all cheese had been aged at least six weeks.
