Celia passed away at her home in Medford, OR., on October 25, 2024. A graduate of the University of California and a MENSA member, Celia met Jed Meese and the two of them created Formulation Technologies in 1982 with their friend William Hensley. The two founded Vitaline which they operated until they sold it in 2000. She and her husband gave generously to their community where they were supporters of the arts and education.
