This film contains multiple clips:

Clip1: The first clip appears to be a Timber carnival. Lots of typical events being shown such as log roll, axe throwing, rope racing, etc.

Clip2: The second clip contains a parade and events of the Children's Festival held at Britt Gardens in Jacksonville, Oregon. Lots of the events are very dark.
