This film contains two clips:

Clip1: shows several Pacific Northwest Bell employees holding up "On Strike" signs in front of the Pacific Northwest bell building.

Clip2: Begins and ends with a look at some clouds. in between, there are what appear to be meteorologists showing maps and looking at a scope of weather information.
