This film has three clips: 

Clip 1: Construction Site. This appears to be in Ashland at the Southern Oregon University campus. They are building near Siskiyou Blvd.

Clip 2: This clip has several views of the pear orchards. The first shows smudge pots covered with plastic. Next there is a close up of the buds and blooms of the pears orchards. Finally a panoramic view of the orchards.

Clip 3: This clip shows a Western Union building next door to a Bath Boutique store. Zooming in you can read that the Western Union office is closed to to being on strike.
