Observations of Fred Lockley: Rev Sydney Hall

Rev. Hall is pastor of the ;Methodist church in Ashland.  He was born and schooled in England, and apprenticed in a bakery.  He came to Oregon in 1913, attended Willamette University.  After serving in Silverton and McMinnville, he moved to Ashland for two years.  He has kissed the Blarney stone.
