Pioneer Beall Ranch is sold in $10,000 deal

The land which was one of the oldest ranches in the valley was sold to John Thorson who plans to raise purebred cattle and hogs.  The house of twelve or more rooms was built in 1872, and still in perfect shape.  The plaster is so well preserved because the builder added hog's hair to the mix.
