This film has two ( three, but last one is totally black and was not notated on index list) clip: 

Clip 1: Shows a railroad/automobile intersection with several men looking as if deciding about development or an accident.

Clip 2: shows a tractor with what looks to be 6 rolls of a seed tape. several men are looking at the tape and then the tractor goes down a tilled set of rows and it looks like the seed tape is being planted. A man is following the tractor like he is chacking how the tape is doing.
