SOHS Film 2168 ~ May 1971 Parachutes, Slow Down, Park Gathering, Runners

This film has four clips:

The first clip shows a party at emigrant lake in Ashland, several people in parachutes land in the water.
 

The second clip shows a police car and a sign that says slow. The street signs show an Ashland st as well as a 9th & E. Next it shows an old truck and other vehicles near where the policeman is parked.

The third clip shows a park with restrooms and picnic tables. it appears to be a lunch gathering of several people.

The final clip shows people inside a building 9 very dark footage) and a map or what appears to be a race layout. next the film goes outside and there are several people running in a race.
