There is three clips on this film:
The first clip is of a fire in a house. a smoking mattress is being pulled out of a window by firemen.
The second clip shows a young girl standing next to a sign that says storytime. It then shows a woman reading to a dozen or so children outside.
The last clip is very dark and appears to be a school district office. There is a map on the wall either showing voting districts or school districts.
