Grant money totaling $28,000 helps Southern Oregon Historical Society preserve work of famed Jacksonville photographer. The Oregon Heritage Commission funds are a part of Oregon Heritage which provided part of the money. Pacific Power and the Schwemm Family Foundation provided some funds as well. Doug Smith hand built frames so that the glass plates can be put on a light table.
