Rogue River VFW Shuttered

The Rogue River VFW Post #4116 has been closed after 77 years.  Timothy Borland, the national chief revoked the charter because they didn't follow protocol,  The post had 293 members.  World War ll vet Larry Wills, 99, helped establish the post, and was there at its closing.
