This film has three clips:

1) Meeting. a man is giving a presentation while a group of people listen. There is a child present.

2) Excavation. Lots of heavy equipment on the outskirts of town which would indicate a possible subdivision

3) Schools. Several schools are shown as well as construction. Possibly adding on or building a new medford school.
