Phyllis was born in Jacksonville, graduated from Medford High School, married Lon Skinner in 1950. She served on many boards, sang in several choirs, traveled frequently, and played tennis until her 80's. She is survived by children, neices and nephews, cousins, and her loving partner Dr. Bill Matthews.
