Talent Middle School students take home honors at state history competition. The Oregon Historical Society sponsored the competition which was at Willamette University and involved 88 students from 15 schools. Entries included tabletop exhibits, historical papers, dramatic performances, documentary video and computer presentations. A total of 43 awards were given for original research and creative work. Five Rogue Valley students went to finals in Washington, D.C.
