This film has 3 clips

1) The first clip is called Garbage. It shows litter strewn about and then garbage trucks and finally garbage cans.

2) The second clip is called Rogue Clean-up. It shows the Army Corps of Engineers using a crane and back hoe to remove debris from the river.

3) Medical school. This clip shows Grade school aged children watching as an EKG machine is demonstrated to them.

BONUS FOOTAGE: This tiny chunk of footage shows the river after the clean-up .
