SOHS Film 2046 ~ Sept 18 1973 Gas Shortage, Patio Village

This film has two clips:

1) Gas shortage. During the Jimmy Carter Era, there was a shortage of gasoline. This prompted long lines at the gas pumps and limited amount of gas that could be purchased. This clip shows several gas station and and the signs explaining limited hours and gas.

2) Patio Village. This clip shows construction of patio village in Talent Oregon. It appears to be smaller economical low income apartments. 233 Eva Way Talent, oregon
