Shannon Christopher Harrop directed four armed marijuana robberies in 2019 and 2020. Harrop typically was not at the scene of those robberies, but directed his men. However, when he planned a fifth robbery, one of the men was a undercover investigator. Seven of Harrop's associates have pleaded guilty.
