This film has two clips:

1) The first clip is called Pre-child Festival. It shows pre-school age children at a carpentry booth with lots of activities.

2) PERC is the name of the second clip. It stands for Primary Entry Referral Center. Appears to be a clinic to help with people who are struggling with different afflictions. Show a doctor examining a patient.Poster behind suggests help for Smoking addiction, Food Stamps, alcoholism, dental, etc.
