1) Ashland (?) Streets is actually the Streets of Medford. There is the Craterian Theater in the background as well as Miller's. This clip is in color and focuses on several people either sleeping on benches or sitting on the benches.

2) This clip is called Meeting. It appears to ba a meeting but not sure of Who, When, or What.
