The Southern Oregon Education Service District owned a county farm home near Talent often referred to as the Poor Farm. A time capsule was found in the rubble left from the Almeda fire. Jan Wright, archivist for SOHS opened the capsule and revealed the contents to 50 to 60 people eager to see what is in the 18 inch long copper box.
