June 1973 Oregon College of Art Ground Breaking

This film has a very short clip titled Oregon College of Art Ground breaking. It features three men with a three-handled shovel digging a scoop of dirt in a fiel with a sign telling about the Oregon College of art's new Medford building. A few years later, there was an Oregon College of art located on the corner of E main st and N Mountain in Ashland in an old church building. I believe this could be the same College.
