There are three stories from that paper about the desire to have a drive and park on Prescott Peak. None of these exist at this time. The Kiwanis is raising money for the drive which would proceed up the hill from Hillcrest Orchard. They figure it will cost about $10,000 to build the road. The city council has already petitioned the Department of the Interior for 460 acres for a park.
