Central Point to pay Lasting tribute to Richardson

Central Point has approved plans to honor the legacy of Dennis Richardson who was Oregon's Secretary of State at the time of his death at 69.  There will be a memorial adjacent to the Oregon Fallen Heroes Memorial.
