It says Dan F and Ducks Football which would indicate one of the Quarterbacks is Dan Fouts. The two quarterback are number 14 & number 17. Dan Fouts wore #14 in his professional career but the focus appears to be on #17.

2) Archie T. is the name of this clip. He looks to hold some political or government position and is leaving as he is packing his office stuff into cardboard boxes.
