May 10 &11 1973 Art Coast, Sams Valley

This film contains two clips:

1) The first clip is titled Art Coast. It appears to be a large construction of apartments or a subdivision. Framing of multiple dwellings. Pouring concrete, Framing, etc.

2) The second clip is titled Sam's Valley. It opens up with a shot outside the Sam's Valley Grange building. Several people with maps go inside. They are taping up the maps to the wall. They appear to be County road maps.
