Incline Logging Railroad (believed to have been at Blue Star Camp on Tillamook branch of Southern Pacific near Idoville. Inclines of this type were also used at Mayo, Enright, and at Edwards, a now abandoned (1953) station between Enright and Belching.
They were in use around the time of the first world war, and for sometime thereafter)
