Wimer, Ashland 4th of July

This Film has two clips:

1) The first clip is titled Wimer (7-6). This could very well be the town of Wimer. There is a 4th of July type of event going on with frog jumping contests, food, music, & the like.

2) Ashland 4th. This is Ashland's 4th of July parade. Footage is being filmed near the triangle park near Liberty street.
