This is virtually the only reference to "Inspiration Point" at Crater Lake, but this isn't the rim. This locale is on the Fort Klamath Road (as built by the Army Corps of Engineers) or what is currently known as "South Highway 62" at the Godfrey Glen Overlook. Photo was taken around 1920, or before the Bureau of Public Roads contracted for improvement of the "South Entrance Road" in 1924s-25. The drainage is Annie Creek, which flows into the Wood River and on to Agency Lake and then to the Klamath River.
