There are three clips in this film:
1) Sheep. This appears to be a fair or a show where the sheep are being judged.( FFA, or 4H?)
2) Boat. This is a man who invented a new rudder where it propels the boat by swinging it back and forth. ( see also clip 1860 ) Demonstrated in a lake attached to a boat.
3) Hutchison. This clip is too dark to really see what it is about. Even with brightness turned all the way up.
