There are two clips to this film:
1) The first is called White Water. It appears to be a boat race on the Rogue River. There are lots of people on the shore line cheering. There are several jet boats speeding both up and down the river.
2) Memorial. Military service (possible Memorial Day) with a 21 gun salute. Lots of military and flags. Towards the end film focuses on a head stone that has the name Raymond Edgar on it.
