Medford honors Hispanic heritage

Sept 2003 Mail Tribune article about Latino leaders .  Ike Apodaca, chairman of the Chamber of Latino seNetwork said there were 80 Latino owned businesses in Medford and at least 35 are members of the Chamber.  Mayor Lindsey Berryman proclaimed the first Hispanic Heritage Month.
