Captain Albert passed away at 86 on September 28, 2022. Bruce worked his way up the ranks to Provost Mashall before retiring after 22 years of active military service, including Vietnam. H then worked for the Butte County Sheriff's Department and moved from Paradise to Grants Pass where he was a probation agent. He moved to Ashland and worked for the government training police.
