Olson-Lawyer is no longer using one of its wigwam burners, made possible by the start of particle board production in area plants. The burner is being used as a silo to store shavings. Special equipment designed and installed by Medford Steel and Blowpipe divides the burner into two sections, one for Douglas fir, the other for white fir. (Ashland Tidings, November 22, 1965, page 5)
