Olson-Lawyer Wigwam Burner Conversion

Cyclone dust separators mounted on top of wigwam burner, pan down / pan along pipes carrying sawdust to burner, to truck / sign on truck: Olson Lawyer Quality Lumber, Medford, Oregon / man picks up sawdust, holds it before camera / sawdust emptying into truck / truck drives away / more views of modified wigwam burner

Olson-Lawyer is no longer using one of its wigwam burners, made possible by the start of particle board production in area plants. The burner is being used as a silo to store shavings. Special equipment designed and installed by Medford Steel and Blowpipe divides the burner into two sections, one for Douglas fir, the other for white fir.
