.There are two clips on this film: 1) Consumer. This appears to be a board meeting. Either city or School. 2) Parade. This appears to be the 1972 Pear Blossom parade. It is very dark. Looks like Grand Marshal was Glen Strange who played the bartender in the television series Gunsmoke. ( see film 1793) Medford Black Tornado band, Lots of entrants, clowns, pears shaped floats.
