Strobe Light Ranging; Smoking B-Roll

Surveyor at tripod and light / installing strobe light on tripod / tripod with Swiss-made Wild Heerbrugg theodolite on receiving end / man consults manual, takes notes / / back of man standing in TV station parking lot and smoking--at length / woman empties ash tray Surveyor in plaid shirt is Mark Boyden, per Roger Roberts. A few seconds of the ash tray at the end broke off and was replaced in the can--not transferred.
