A Briefing on Civil Defense

Color, completely faded to red and yellow: We watch bored group in hospital maternity waiting room watching 1963 documentary "About Fallout" on radiation, fallout, fallout shelters and civil defense. They become less bored as documentary goes on. Then we have to listen to them discuss the film.
