The year formerly assigned, 1884, can't be correct if this is a Mackey photo, as indicated on the SOU website. Also, the date seems too early.
The date is wildly inaccurate. It can't be before 1900, judging from the size of the trees alone. Probably from the Orchard Boom, circa 1905-1910.
