The SOHS photo collection includes an exterior and an interior photo of this hotel that Frank Clark designed. The Hotel was one of Clark's first known works. A plaque at the site of the Barlett hotel explains that it became unstable due to rock slided in the 1930s and was abandoned in the 1940s. The top floor was removed and materials were sold for salvage in the 1990s.
