Reginald Parsons House/Hillcrest Orchard

Two story wood frame; Y-shaped plan; gable roof; wood shingle siding; projecting two-story wing on the north consists of porte cachere and screened sleeping porch; fan lights in gable ends of main arms of house; six-over-six double hung sash windows are framed by louvered shutters.
