C. L. Eaker was manager of White City Lumber for Glenn Jackson, along with several of Mr. Jackson's ranch activities. Ira Eaker, Jackson's commanding officer during World War II, was C. L. Eaker's brother. The book Air Force Spoken Here by James Parton is about General Ira Eaker.
