"Four Men Arrested for Passing Spurious Coin, and Two of Them Make an Easy Escape from the Ashland City Jail." Counterfeiters apprehended; A gang of counterfeiters were captured. Most then escaped from the Ashland jail. Henry Nutt, Marshal Smith, Sheriff Birdsey, Fay Coon, E. B. Coon, all involved.
