Chinese man Hom Him arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. Hom Him threatened Mrs. Slocum and her daughter with a rolling pin. Mr. Slocum heard the commotion, took the rolling pin, and hit Hom across the head with it. Hom was arrested by Marshal Mayfield. Grant Ahlstrom mentioned
