1997 Ashland Flood

Presumably a home video (has not been viewed) of the 1997 Ashland flood. Label says "Flood of 1997 Ashland Oregon Backyard Scene" and also "Mills." Probably belonged to John Mills or Dorothy (Reed) Mills. Donated as part of 2018.19.
