Ashland Rancher Reveals Musical Roots

The Maddox [Mah-docks]) family began playing music years ago for dances in California’s San Joaquin Valley, with 12-year-old Rose providing vocals as early as 1937. Following World War II, they gained a national following as the “Maddox Brothers & Rose.”
