Camp Bear Welcomes Rider and Horse to Salmon River, Calif.

Jim McNeill was well known in the Salmon Mountain country in the early part of the 20th Century. Released from the 442nd Aero Construction Squadron after World War I, he found a temporary job at the Salmon River Ranger District.
