Front has a blue and gold shield with a sheath of wheat and says "Central Point Grange # 698 1928-1978." // .2 LETTER- Life member designation, for Elsie Hoover, 1978. Letter signed by Eula L. Foley, Secretary, Central Point Grange # 698.// .3 CERTIFICATE- Golden Sheaf- 50 year membership, Elsie Hoover. With box, blue top, gold bottom. box is water stained. Certificate is in booklet form with a dark blue cover and gold writing. A bright yellow tasseled rope binds the booklet together.
