The slides contained in pages 228 to 244 are from three carousels illustrating EB's trip to the East Coast in 1973. They include views of Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Virginia, and Washington DC, and of several museums. At least some of the trip was in the company of Andy Bucci, a colleague from EB's days in Art School in Chicago, and included a visit to Bucci's home in Virginia. Another named individual is Dan Kunz.
